Delivery is charged as priced on each order.Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day, depending on what time of day the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for delivery and must return it if it is a returnable item within the specified time at your own cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Delivery charges will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Any unwanted items must be returned to us at the customer's expense in original packaging and in original condition. The picking note (which serves as your receipt) must be enclosed with your returned items in order to allow us to process your exchange or refund. We must receive returned items within 14 days of dispatch. We do not offer a return or exchange earrings (This is for hygiene, health and safety reason), or custom made, resized, remodelled or personalised items.

All returns must include the MINT Jeweller's picking note sent with your purchase, which serves as your receipt.
We suggest for your own protection you use first class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original packaging and condition. This refund only includes the total value of goods sent, not the delivery charge. Please allow up to 5-7 working days to credit your account.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
